This list chronicles the stories of those who fled Cambodia during the Khmer Rouge and its aftermath to settle abroad in refugee camps, mostly in Thailand, before being sponsored to countries abroad. While only a few of these stories are told by Cambodian refugees who were repatriated to Cambodia, the vast majority of this list is made up of those who came to settle in Khmer heritage communities around the world.
